While GPL Network’s 1on1 Coaching Program has been successful for Partners and Directors of accounting firms, our GPL Coaching Clubs will take coaching to a whole new level, allowing members to interact on a monthly basis with like-minded individuals. The purpose of the GPL Coaching Clubs is to deliver more strategically focused outcomes to get the business owners away from their business to build, ‘what the future will look like for my accounting firm’.

The GPL Coaching Clubs will be facilitated by experienced GPL Network Coaches, and while covering the all important Growth, Profit and Liquidity elements of a business, it will look to incorporate topics such as: Leadership, Time Management, Life Balance, HR, KPI’s, Intellectual Property, Making Rain, Pricing, Marketing, Branding and Succession Planning.

Masterclass Summit

Our Masterclass Summit is an invitation only high level masterclass coaching group. Our aim is to host a round table summit each quarter on the Gold Coast at a 5 star hotel for a full day, built and delivered to suit the needs of the accounting firms invited to work at a high strategic level.
